The Philips team, newly trained in Behavior Design, wanted to operationalize this new approach quickly with Behavior Design x Snaptesting experts and coaches because the team needed to design beyond validating experiences: the team needed to successfully design for behavior change.
The Design team completed a Behavior Design Training led by experts BJ Fogg and David. They gained insights into behavior change principles and received weekly coaching sessions. They applied these techniques to their oral care product and mobile app, using Snaptesting and Async User Testing for feedback.
